Relaxation is a subjective experience and how you want to engage in the treatment process should be up to you. We offer a “Silent” version of our therapeutic massage with no music or unnecessary communication. This eliminates excessive stimulation and social pressure so you can effectively dissociate as nature intended. 

Please note, you can always change your mind! Selecting this option just gives us an idea of your preference ahead of time but you are not bound to your first choice.

Silent

Cupping is a therapeutic technique that comes from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and is believed to have numerous health benefits in addition to stimulating the flow of qi ("life force") within the body. This treatment integrates well with massage therapy, and involves the therapist applying a localized negative pressure (suction) to the skin using silicone cups at targeted areas of the body. The intent of this therapy is to stimulate the function of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. It may also help to release congested tissues and loosen fascial adhesions at superficial tissues of the body.

Also known as prenatal or postnatal massage, your therapist will use safe and stage appropriate techniques to support you throughout your pregnancy and up to one year after delivery.

Prenatal/Postnatal Massage

Choose this option if it's your first massage with us! Approximately 15 minutes will be dedicated to a brief interview to determine your treatment goals and assessment of your physical function (including palpation, range of motion assessment, posture and gait analysis).

This free assessment will be followed by a discussion about a mutually agreed upon treatment plan and a 60 minute therapeutic massage based on your needs.
